"Caring for country" is an activity considered by Indigenous people in Australia to promote good health. This article investigates associations between "caring for country" and health outcomes related to health behaviours, obesity, diabetes, blood pressure, mental health, and cardiovascular disease risk among Indigenous adults in an Arnhem Land community.
