Drawing on data collected in the 2007-2008 Inuit Health Survey, this study aimed to estimate the impact of hypothetical scenarios of declining country food harvests on nutrient intake of Inuit living in Arctic Canada. These scenarios were based on a reduction of commonly harvested foods by 50% and replacement of these foods with alternate or new species.
