The authors undertake a scoping review on the use of telehealth by Indigenous people in four high income countries. Key concepts explored include uses of telehealth, cultural safety, and building therapeutic relationships. The review identified critical factors that should guide the development of culturally-informed telehealth services to improve health equity among Indigenous peoples.
