Informit
The author presents findings from a qualitative study on the information needs of Indigenous Australians working and studying in the field of environmental health. The study highlighted the need for technical information covering a broad range of environmental health issues, and a desire for more Indigenous specific case studies from the field, as well as strategic knowledge and resources to support program planning and action, the development of their profile within the community, and raising the awareness of environmental health among community members.
