This article aims to determine asssociations between participation in a First Nations home visiting program with improved public health outcomes among families facing multiple parenting challenges. The study found associations between participation in the program and higher rates of completed childhood vaccinations at age 1 and parental involvement in community support groups; however, no associations were found in terms of children being vulnerable in at least one developmental domain.
