Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations
Resulting from the signing of an MOU between the Governments of Canada and Saskatchewan with First Nations in Saskatchewan in 2008 that led to the establishment of a Project Advisory Team, this framework is intended to inform and promote dialogue on First Nations health and health care and the importance of culture in the health and well-being of First Nations, as well as initiate actions that result in improvements in health services delivery. The framework sets three strategic directions, with corresponding objectives and actions, to achieve health services that are culturally responsive.
Cultural Responsiveness Framework.
