McGregor, D.
The author examines Indigenous environmental justice traditions, and draws from the Anishinabek philosophy of mino-mnaamodzawin (well-being), which emphasizes mutually respectful and beneficial relationships with all living and non-living things, to highlight what Indigenous environmental justice looks like. She argues that this philosphy can serve as a potential foundational contributor to the development of a new ethical standard of conduct for advancing environmental justice theory and practice.
